The Value of Working with Us Fellowship training required 3 other surgeons in the group split between Petaluma and Santa Rosa Position will primarily be based at Petaluma Valley Hospital with sometime at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in the future so provider must beflexible to work out of both sites MAKO robot on site in Petaluma Mix of clinic, OR and hospital consults Flexible weekly OR days Hospital call is 7 days per month This is a long-term growth opportunity within an expanding service line Seeking a motivated, collaborative and collegial provider Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $585,810 and $933,806 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that thissalary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject tovariation due to the factors noted above.
