About Our Client
Our client is a reputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 20+ years ago, they specialize in the federal/government, healthcare, and commercial spaces.Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!
Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects within the federal and healthcare sectors, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals. Ensure compliance with all federal and healthcare construction regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to maintain smooth operations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project milestones successfully. Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Degree in Construction Management (or related field) 5+ years of Project Management experience Experience managing projects $20M+ Experience working on federal/government or healthcare projects preferred Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar project management platforms) Must be a self-motivated individual who works independently and excels in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and customer relations skills What's on Offer
Competitive salary range of $108,000 - $132,000 annually, based on experience. Annual bonus incentive to reward performance.
