Description Join our dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex programs that align with our strategic objectives. Primary Responsibilities : Lead strategic programs from inception to delivery, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet customer expectations. Manage all aspects of program scope, budget, timelines, risks, and quality for optimal delivery. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and subcontractors to foster a cooperative work environment. Identify and implement innovative tools and processes to enhance program execution and operational efficiency. Analyze program performance periodically and initiate corrective measures as needed. Facilitate alignment across multiple functional areas and promote acceptance of new practices. Drive change management initiatives and lead process improvements within the organization. Contribute your insights to strategic planning and business development efforts. Mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and reviewing their work for quality assurance. Maintain accountability for the financial performance, resource management, and reporting of the program portfolio. Basic Qualifications TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field. 12-15 years of relevant program or project management experience (or 10-13 years with a Master's degree). Proven experience managing large, complex programs that significantly impact the business or customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments. Expertise in program and project management, evaluation, planning, change management, and risk management. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with executive leadership and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated experience with P&L responsibility and meeting financial objectives. Ability to design and implement scalable solutions across business functions. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification. Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or SAFe certifications. Experience in regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, or government contracting. Expertise in developing and managing complex project or program proposals. Familiarity with enterprise project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Primavera. Successful track record of influencing senior leaders and spearheading organizational transformation initiatives. Active security clearance (if required by contract or customer).
