Roku’s Media Distribution team drives performance across the Roku ecosystem by leveraging data-driven insights and backend infrastructure expertise. We translate cross-functional narratives into clear, actionable strategies and maintain a feedback loop that keeps budget stakeholders informed and empowered to shape future initiatives. The Media Distribution team sits within the Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO), which drives the growth of Roku's owned and operated services through strategic marketing campaigns that tell compelling stories about the Roku experience. This team shapes how users discover content and contributes directly to Roku’s success. It is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work has real impact. The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive media strategies that drive streaming hours, subscriptions, and engagement by effectively and efficiently using owned and operated media. This role requires working across multiple teams and will require comfort in using data to create the most effective media plans. What you'll be doing

Develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies on a Roku device to drive KPI performance for internal marketing areas supported by the Consumer Marketing Organization Liaise with key stakeholders on the marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to implement best practices using performance marketing results to inform decisions Partner cross-functionally with analytics to provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into the overall media strategy Act as the point of contact with the product, marketing clients, analytics, and engineering teams on all media capabilities and measurement projects Utilize analytics and platform tools to track and optimize KPIs Report performance to Marketing teams, other stakeholders, and senior leadership Have a keen understanding of Roku’s ad products and campaign execution capabilities Ensure all campaigns are captured correctly in internal reporting tools We're excited if you have

In-depth understanding of the streaming TV landscape Experience working on omnichannel campaigns in entertainment or streaming TV is strongly preferred Comfortable working with ambiguity Media planning experience preferred Ability to extract actionable insights from data analysis and translate them to tasks for both marketing and technical stakeholders Able to translate business goals and synthesize them into an effective high-level campaign strategy Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns Experience developing content engagement campaigns at a media, streaming, or subscription service is a plus Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Strong judgment and attention to detail with an understanding of marketing and advertising ethics, including privacy laws and operating in a cookie-less world Positive and collaborative personality; a commitment to ensuring all activities undertaken are as successful as possible Ability to operate and thrive under tight timelines and pivot with ease Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills Familiar with Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms Benefits
