Overview

We are looking for a HUNTER. Someone that can drive the business forward through relationships and problem solving. Experience in Construction, Engineering, and Trades. Ability to handle multiple roles and skill sets. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions across multiple industries. The ideal candidate has a versatile skill set, strong business acumen, and a knack for adapting to different client needs and organizational cultures. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent for our clients while working independently from a remote location.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client consultation and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating job offers.
  • Collaborate closely with various hiring managers across different industries to define job requirements, understand company culture, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and company cultures.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, maintaining timely communication and managing candidate expectations throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs across multiple industry sectors.
  • Utilize and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to organize candidate data and streamline workflows.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and market conditions across various sectors to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in diverse industries.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a remote capacity is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruiting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
