We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented

Associate Project Manager

to support telecom infrastructure and network deployment projects. This role partners with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with client and company standards. Success requires strong knowledge of site development workflows, telecom infrastructure, and cost control to drive project efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and, when assigned, independently manage wireless telecom projects (e.g., new site builds, small cells, DAS, 5G upgrades). Coordinate tasks across internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet milestones and deadlines. Track progress using MS Project, Excel, or client platforms; maintain schedules, reports, and meeting documentation. Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice approvals; provide recommendations based on financial data. Communicate project risks, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs to stakeholders. Demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Liaise between engineering (A&E), construction, permitting, and operations; maintain regular contact with carriers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues. Possess knowledge of wireless network infrastructure, site acquisition, and construction processes. Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience:

3+ years in telecommunications. Leadership:

Proven ability to mentor and train site development team members. Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Project Management Databases, and Outlook. Regulatory Knowledge:

Understanding of permitting, zoning, and jurisdictional requirements for telecom infrastructure. Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve site development challenges and optimize solutions. Collaboration:

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-discipline teams from site development through completion and client turnover. Documentation & Compliance:

Oversee document control, permitting submissions, and close-out packages, ensuring adherence to zoning, environmental, and permitting requirements. Communication:

Able to clearly convey technical concepts in English to team members and stakeholders. Physical/Travel:

Able to conduct site visits in outdoor environments; travel up to 25% as required. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's insurance carrier's criteria for coverage under the company's insurance policy. Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Real Estate License is a plus. Experience with telecom carriers' A&E standards and site development processes. Benefits:
