is seeking a
Radio Frequency (RF) Project Manager
to lead the execution and delivery of wireless network projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of
RF engineering principles , experience managing
LTE and 5G wireless deployments , and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, integration, testing, and optimization.
The ideal candidate will bring a
strong technical background , proven
project leadership experience , and the organizational skills needed to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-demand telecom environments.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Planning Own end-to-end delivery of RF-related projects: network expansion, upgrades, optimization, DAS/Small Cell, or new site deployment Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Build and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like
MS Project ,
Smartsheet , or
JIRA Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Lead internal and external project teams including RF engineers, field techs, vendors, and contractors Facilitate weekly project status meetings, issue tracking, and resolution Serve as the
primary point of contact
for clients and cross-functional stakeholders Technical Oversight
Understand and review RF design deliverables, site configurations, frequency plans, and coverage targets Track key network performance indicators (KPIs), post-integration reports, and drive test data Ensure technical milestones (e.g., site on-air, E911 test, ATP) are met in alignment with RF requirements Reporting & Risk Management
Track project metrics including budget, timeline, change requests, and resource allocation Provide regular updates to senior leadership, clients, and operations teams Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and blockers Documentation & Compliance
Maintain all documentation related to project scope, change control, schedules, meeting notes, and final reports Ensure RF projects comply with client-specific standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of project management experience in
wireless telecom , specifically in
RF
projects Solid understanding of
RF planning, optimization, site integration , and network KPIs Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience Proficient with
project management tools : MS Project, Excel, JIRA, SharePoint, etc. Familiar with RF tools such as
Atoll, iBwave, Actix, TEMS , and
NetAct Excellent written and verbal communication skills Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification (or working toward PMP) Prior experience managing projects for major U.S. carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) Working knowledge of
5G NR ,
CBRS , or
DAS/Small Cell deployments Familiar with tracking and reporting tools like
Tableau ,
Power BI , or custom dashboards
