Work Overview

The ABA Director is responsible for overseeing and leading all Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and services within the organization. This role ensures high-quality, ethical, and evidence based behavioral therapy for individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. The ABA Director provides clinical leadership, manages and develops staff, oversees compliance with regulatory standards and contributes to the strategic growth and success of the Amenity ABA Center.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees the development, implementation and supervision of individualized ABA treatment plans * This position will be over the ABA program for the North, West and South Houston clinics. Ensure all services comply with ethical guidelines (BACB), state regulations, and payer requirements Provide clinical guidance and support to BCBAs, RBTs/BTs and other clinical staff Conduct case reviews, treatment audits, and program evaluations to endure fidelity and outcomes Train and supervise clinical ABA staff (e.g., BCBAs, administrative roles) Develop clinical policies and procedures Lead performance evaluations, clinical meeting and staff development initiatives Collaborate with leadership to expand ABA programs and services Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client progress, staff utilization and retention Ensure programs are date-driven, outcome-focused and aligned with best practices Identify opportunities for grants, partnerships and community outreach Maintain documentation standards in accordance with HIPAA, insurance payers, and accrediting bodies Ensure staff maintain current credentials and complete required training Serve as a liaison between families, therapist, insurance companies and other stakeholders Represent the organization at professional conferences, workshops and in the community Maintain ongoing knowledge of clinic/staff needs Maintain understanding of each clinics metrics (e.g., capacity, utilization) Benefits

Benefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week. Full time employees are eligible for benefits at 90 days of employment.
