Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation, review, and management of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quarterly, annual, and other reporting requirements. Maintain alignment with US GAAP and company policies, delivering accurate financial disclosures. Conduct in-depth technical accounting research, providing clear insights and recommendations. Serve as a key liaison during audits and financial reviews. Collaborate across departments to gather, validate, and enhance data for external reporting. Develop high-impact reports and presentations for senior management, addressing financial trends and strategic insights. Play a vital role in quarter-end and year-end close activities, ensuring seamless execution. Implement and continuously refine SOX-compliant internal controls, driving operational integrity. Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Leverage technology and automation to optimize financial reporting workflows. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is required). 5+ years of financial reporting experience, with public accounting expertise a huge plus. Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence and reporting excellence.
