Required:
7+ years of project manager experience Able to manage schedules Experience with Procore Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements Able to manage a project from concept to completion Collaborate with Field Operations Managers to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. Excellent written and verbal communication PMP is a plus
Job order details: They need a project manager for the large project at a local plant. This person needs to be able to manage the project, budget and collaborates with Field Operations Managers to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. They are in the construction phase of the project now. They need additional PM support. They will interview but not start until 2025 due to everyone’s schedules.  Sponsorship: No, must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Pay range: $50/hour - $64/hour ($104,000 - $134,000 annual salary) Term of assignment: 9+ months - Contract only – possible to go direct though Location of job: Cincinnati, OH Hours and shift: 8AM – 5PM; Monday - Friday Work from home/remote: No Travel: Some to job site – all in Cincinnati Work attire: Business Casual Does the client require a background check and drug test?
