They are poised for significant growth and seek a strategic financial leader who can strengthen their capital markets positioning, drive operational excellence, and deliver world-class financial oversight. Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic direction and oversight for all financial operations. This role demands deep expertise in securitization, true lending practices, capital markets, and regulatory financial reporting. The CFO will play a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s funding structures, managing investor relations, and ensuring the highest standards of financial governance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Partner with the CEO, President and executive team to set the company’s strategic direction, growth targets, and capital structure strategies.

Securitization & Funding:

Lead the design, execution, and management of securitization transactions, warehouse lines, and other structured finance facilities.

Capital Markets:

Oversee capital raising efforts, manage banking and investor relationships, and optimize funding strategies to ensure cost-effective liquidity.

Financial Reporting & Governance:

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements; oversee audit and tax processes.

Risk Management:

Develop and maintain rigorous risk assessment and mitigation frameworks related to lending, funding, and capital markets activities.

Operational Excellence:

Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and treasury teams; implement scalable systems, processes, and controls to support growth.

Executive Presence:

Represent the company with investors, rating agencies, regulators, and key strategic partners with credibility and confidence.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA, CPA strongly preferred.

15+ years of progressive leadership in finance within the lending, structured finance, or capital markets sectors.

Proven track record in securitization, true lending structures, and capital markets transactions.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting, and compliance in financial services.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.

Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
