BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. BFINS is a growing and dynamic independent insurance agency offering a very competitive compensation and benefit package.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides proactive day-to-day customer service by anticipating customer needs and responding to their questions in a timely manner
Makes necessary contacts both inside and outside the company in order to obtain the information requested by the customer
Reviews customer exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommends appropriate products and services on an annual basis
Creates and presents renewal proposals to existing customers
Communicates the customer's needs and binding instructions to carriers
Manages the customer's accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers
Utilizes the Agency Management System to enter and maintain all pertinent account information in an accurate and timely manner
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the position

REQUIREMENTS
High School education required with college degree preferred or equivalent experience &/or education
Advance knowledge of Personal Property/Casualty coverages.
Current insurance license and maintains at least the CISR designation
Typically has at least three-five years of experience as a P/L Account Manager.
Ability to work with computer technology including use of Word and Excel or other relevant programs.
Aptitude for accuracy in mathematical calculations
Demonstrates professional tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.
Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
Keep up with continuing education requirements for licensing. Above average verbal, written and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
