Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Project Manager - Architect
with
AIA certification
to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, design coordination, and client relations while ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership : Manage the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with AIA standards and local building codes. Design & Coordination : Oversee design development, construction documentation, and specifications while coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors. Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into project solutions. Budget & Scheduling : Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them. Code Compliance : Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements, including zoning laws, sustainability guidelines, and safety standards. Quality Assurance : Conduct site visits, oversee construction administration, and review submittals to maintain design integrity and construction quality. Qualifications:
AIA Certification (Preferred) Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
from an accredited institution Licensed Architect
(State-specific licensure preferred) 7+ years of architectural project management experience Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of
construction methods, materials, and project delivery methods Experience with
sustainable design and LEED certification
(preferred) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Benefits:
