Senior Director of Residential Services
Are you a mission-driven leader ready to make a lasting impact in your community? We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Director of Residential Services to oversee two programs that support individuals with disabilities in living meaningful, fulfilling lives.
General Description
Responsible for the
administrative oversight
of assigned programs, including: Staff supervision and development Quality assurance functions Program administration Timely and accurate weekly staff, program, and member schedules Requirements
Minimum
3 years' experience
working with people with disabilities Minimum
2 years' supervisory experience HS Diploma/GED
required Reliable car for work purposes Complete all background and safety checks Willingness to attend mandatory paid orientation and ongoing training. Training schedules are flexible and are offered during day and evening hours. Key Responsibilities Fulfill all Job Functions and Expectation Duties of the Sr. Director Ensure all functions below level of Sr. Director are filled Maintain contractual obligations with various funding sources Maintain acceptable levels of service throughout the program Oversee HR practices: recruitment, orientation, training, and retention Ensure appropriate program financial management Oversee progressive program development Ensure members' health, safety, and well-being Develop and ensure compliance with Department of Human Services Policies and Procedures (member and program funds) Ensure the adequacy of members' employment and recreation Oversee the annual Individual Support Plan for program membership Ensure appropriate member/staff relations Ensure program compliance with all licensing standards to include development of licensing inspections and protocols Oversee the Periodic Service Review and implement quality control Cooperate with agency, legal authorities, and DHS inspections/investigations Ensure compliance with public health mandates (e.g., mask-wearing during pandemics) Know your way around Microsoft Office Keep records sharp and updated in Carelogic (our Electronic Health Record)
