Providence Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BoardCertified/ Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our established and well-respectedNeurosurgery practice in Eureka, California. The ideal candidate willmanage a broad range of general neurosurgical conditions and procedures,offering both inpatient and outpatient care. This role will involve diagnosing,treating, and surgically managing conditions of the brain, spine, andnervous system, collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensivecare for all patients. St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka offers a broad spectrum of neurosurgicalcapabilities, including fully staffed ICU, a dedicated neurosurgical ORsuite and dedicated neurosurgical staffing, and modern equipment. Services represented include a fullystaffed modern ICU, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology and cardiacsurgery, level 3 trauma center, and more. The Value of Working with Us 1.0 FTE Full-time position Mix of outpatient and inpatient care with NP/PA support 7-10 days of ED call per month State-of-the-art facility Large variety of cases Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $819,125 and $901,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that thissalary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject tovariation due to the factors noted above.
