Hang 10 Car Wash

Responsibilities of team members include:
Welcoming guest using the Hang10 standards of customer excellence
Using the Shaka Sign at pay stations, tunnel and vacuum areas to thank guests.
Drive sales of monthly memberships by making every customer aware of what we offer at the pay station and vacuum lot
Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor using proper hand signals to make sure vehicles are safely loaded
Engage customers in the vacuum lot and assist in signing up for a membership
Gather towels from the vacuum area, wash towels, fold towels, and restock in a convenient location for customers
Smile and engage with guests throughout the customer journey
Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment to keep the car wash operational and spotless for customers
Clean the dog wash stations after customers with the Big Kahuna(premium membership) finish washing their pet
Clean the tunnel at the end of each night which includes pressure washing walls, cleaning windows, and removing any debris
Requirements:
Must be able to work without their cell phone, we have a strict cell phone usage policy while on the clock due to the priority of customer service and safety
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to show up on time. We have a strict attendance policy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Must be able to work on their feet for extended periods of time no matter the weather conditions
Enjoy working with customers and doing so with a positive attitude and smile
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Must adhere to our standards for quality, safety, and customer service at all times
Must be reliable and motivated
Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
Assist customers with any issue that arises at the wash
Strong attention to detail to differentiate the experience at Hang10 from other express washes
Must be at least 18 yrs old
