ob Summary:

The Associate Marketing Manager supports the Brand Build team in executing Chosen Foods’ long-term growth strategy through innovation. This role manages the day-to-day innovation success including briefing, project management, and execution. A key part of the role is leveraging data and consumer insights to inform business cases, validate product concepts, and shape go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities:

Own the stage-gate process to ensure disciplined decision-making, clear documentation, and alignment across stakeholders. Manage project timelines and cross-functional coordination for new product development. Track milestones and ensure commercialization readiness from concept to shelf. Conduct market and category analysis to support business case development. Partner with marketing team and consultants to design, analyze, and translate consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) into actionable recommendations for product innovation. Monitor consumer trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to identify white space opportunities. Support packaging development, claims alignment, and go-to-market planning with consumer relevance in mind. Synthesize post-launch performance with consumer feedback to inform future innovation and brand strategy. Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, and external partners to ensure alignment across all stages of the innovation process. Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably in CPG. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with innovation processes and cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented with a passion for brand building. Physical Requirements
