Join our team as an Operating Room Sterile Processing Technician! As a Sterile Processing Technician (SPT), you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of surgical procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilizing a wide range of surgical instruments, power equipment, and endoscopes, adhering strictly to the Manufacturer's Instructions For Use (MIFU). Your day-to-day tasks will involve: Providing necessary supplies for surgical procedures to ensure seamless operations. Inspecting, packaging, and reassembling surgical instruments and trays, complete with a detailed count sheet. Practicing various sterilization techniques, including High-Level Disinfection, Pre-Vacuum Sterilization, Gravity Displacement Sterilization, and Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilization, while following MIFUs meticulously.
