Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in Palantir Foundry
to serve as a technical leader driving digital transformation for our Navy customer. This individual will architect, design, and implement scalable data solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform, enabling mission owners to unlock the power of their data for decision advantage. Since 2002, The Marlin Alliance has supported mission-critical Navy programs with innovation in digital transformation, data science, and automation. We are looking for a motivated architect who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to evolving requirements, and can translate complex mission needs into robust Foundry-based solutions. Duties & Responsibilities Architect and implement Palantir Foundry solutions
that are secure, scalable, extensible, and sustainable. Design and manage Foundry ontologies, data pipelines, and workflows
to support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making. Integrate disparate Navy data sources
into Foundry, ensuring data quality, lineage, and interoperability. Collaborate with mission stakeholders
to translate operational requirements into Foundry-based applications, dashboards, and workflows. Guide development teams
in Foundry best practices, including ontology modeling, pipeline optimization, and governance. Support digital transformation initiatives
by leveraging Foundry’s capabilities for automation, advanced analytics, and AI/ML integration. Document and communicate technical approaches
through architecture diagrams, technical estimates, and RFP contributions. Engage with Palantir and other COTS vendors
to ensure compliance with cybersecurity and accreditation requirements. Mentor junior engineers and analysts
in Foundry development and solution delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or solutions architecture. Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry , including ontology design, pipeline building, and application development. Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions supporting analytics and operational workflows. Experience with
data migration, data integration, and visualization
in Foundry or similar platforms. Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and solution delivery lifecycles. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting
DoD or Navy digital transformation initiatives . Familiarity with
Risk Management Framework (RMF)
and cybersecurity compliance. Experience with
data science, ML/AI integration, or advanced analytics
in Foundry. Knowledge of complementary technologies (Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms).
