An LA CPG startup is looking for a Finance Director to join their team. The Finance Director will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and contributing to strategy. To be successful in this role, the Finance Director should be able to be hands-on, in the weeds, yet have the ability to build out processes and a team. Responsibilities
Lead budgeting and forecasting. Create dashboards for executive leadership, KPIs, and offer trend & variance analysis. Analyze and support business growth opportunities and drivers. Seek opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies. Develop and lead the FP&A department. Partner closely with other lines of business within the company. Assist with M&A and due diligence as those opportunities come up. Support due diligence processes when necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field 15+ years of finance experience MUST have CPG experience Ecommerce experience highly preferred Advanced Excel What is in this Finance Director role for you?
