How You’ll Make an Impact Provide strategic financial analysis to global and regional leaders. Lead budgeting and forecasting across orders, revenue, and EBIT. Support project execution with cost reporting and risk mitigation. Ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Drive reporting cycles across weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines. Manage headcount reconciliation and commission accounting. Collaborate across functions in a global matrixed environment. Deliver insights that influence business productivity and effectiveness. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from a four-year college or university preferred 6–10 years of related finance experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statements. Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred. 2 years of management experience preferred Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and BI tools. Preferred knowledge of Software industry and revenue recognition Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
