Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral support as indicated in service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs, preferences, and successful care approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to the LPN (on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service trainings, and team meetings as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements
