Overview

Part Time Driver role at Transdev North America. We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Miami County, OH. You will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Position Details

• Position: Part Time Driver (CBA position)
• Employer: Transdev North America
• Location: Miami County, OH
• Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Benefits: Part Time — no benefits
• Training: Paid Training

Key Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care: Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols: Enforce company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• CDL with passenger endorsements is welcomed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and medical examination if applicable (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Often long periods of sitting and working at a computer may be required
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings
