Position Summary

-Projectduties consist of conducting in-person and telephone interviews during workhours. Prepare for upcoming projects, by participating in zoom projectwalk-throughs,create and go over various project scripts, upload IRBdocuments approved to project Box and One Drive, help with weekly agendas andminutes, attend weekly local project zoom and in-person calls.

OtherDuties and Responsibilities:
-Answers telephones,routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets anddirects visitors; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries asrequired.
-Opens and routesincoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to departmentstaff/faculty.
-Assists withmaintaining program bulletin boards, wall posters, and other programresearch/education related announcements in written and electronic format.
-Assists ourwebmaster with updating language and media on our program website andassists with social media content.
-Assists programacademic leadership team with outreach, recruitment, and other relatedevents meant to aid in advertisement, recruitment, and retention for theprogram.
-Establishes,maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or otherdocuments.
-May schedule orassist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, asappropriate to the position.
-May order, stock,and distribute office supplies.
-May run variousroutine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
-Performsmiscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. -Partner with COSAPto work on campus projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred QualificationsMinimum Job Requirements:
HighSchool Diploma or GED; no previous experience required. Completed degree(s)from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirementmay be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
