Custodian / Maintenance / Groundskeeper Job at Esu8 in Fort Wayne

ESU 8 is accepting applications for a custodian/maintenance/groundskeeper to care for our learning center in Clearwater, Nebraska. This is a full-time position.

A custodian/maintenance/groundskeeper at ESU 8 keeps the workplace and grounds clean, organized, and disinfected.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls
2. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones
3. Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
4. Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass, and trim bushes
5. Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
6. Replace air filters and maintain HVAC systems
7. Empty trash and recycling bins
8. Stock and maintain supply rooms
9. Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools
10. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
11. Clean and maintain restrooms
12. Wash and clean windows and mirrors
13. Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
14. Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
15. Dust furniture and fixtures
