We are actively hiring talented
child and adolescent psychiatrists
in Virginia. Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply. This role is for MD or DO physicians licensed in Virginia to provide pediatric/adolescent psychiatric care in outpatient settings. Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking qualified clinicians to join LifeStance Health as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and accessible, high-quality mental healthcare. What we offer
Sign-on bonus Annual cash bonus up to $75,000 Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration Flexible schedules, full-time & part-time W-2 positions Strong work-life balance Out-patient practice. no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends Generous "above market" compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings Multidisciplinary team, collegial work environment Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers Full administrative support, handles all scheduling & billing Latest in digital technology 100% malpractice insurance coverage Full benefits package: medical, vision, dental, life, disability, 401k (+match) Annual income potential: $315,000 to $363,000+ Responsibilities and qualifications
MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC) Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy Must reside in Virginia About LifeStance Health
