MedSpa Manager
An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic MedSpa Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy and growing MedSpa. This role blends business management, staff leadership, and community engagement with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Bachelors degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related field 12 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or MedSpa operations Prior management or supervisory experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Proven ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and manage new systems Availability to work Saturdays Must Haves
Oversee all day-to-day MedSpa operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, financials, and compliance Lead and coach staff through daily huddles, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews Monitor sales goals and KPIs, providing actionable strategies to achieve targets Conduct interviews, train new team members, and create staff development plans Manage budgets, review P&L, and ensure smooth execution of operational plans Represent the MedSpa in the community through outreach, marketing, and events Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and MedSpa policies/procedures Preferred Background & Skills
Customer service expertise with a client-first approach Strong background in sales and community relationship-building Skilled in motivating, coaching, and team-building Comfortable handling tough conversations with professionalism and empathy Systems and process savvy, with experience in:
