Receptionist

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom in a prompt, friendly and professional manner

• Answer & direct incoming calls and inquires

• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via phone

• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person

• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

• Reliable, shows up ready to work

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous receptionist experience is a plus
