Full-Time $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with solid accounting support experience who is comfortable using Sage and spreadsheet software. No degree required, but prior related experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile financial data and submit reports electronically
  • Handle state billing processes
  • Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate records of receipts
  • Manage Accounts Receivable including billing and collections
  • Perform Accounts Payable data entry
  • Reconcile checkbooks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Utilize Sage accounting software and spreadsheets effectively
  • Perform other accounting clerk duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Proficient in Sage or similar accounting software
  • Comfortable with Excel or other spreadsheet programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines
