Overview
Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Open and close housekeeping department daily.
- Work with Loss Prevention to maintain lost and found records.
- Dispatch all calls to appropriate discipline.
- Communicate effectively with all departments, including engineering.
- Update Synergy requests.
- Respond to all phone calls / requests from guests and other departments.
- Monitor computer system.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with the front desk.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in department.
- Walk the floors and inspect guest rooms.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in fluent English.
- Ability to work days, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must have computer skills.
- Previous experience as a coordinator and/or answering phones strongly preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
