Position: Full-time

Compensation Range: $53,000 to $62,000 Annual

Note: Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Actual pay may differ.

Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience daily
  • Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met
  • Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling costs
  • Oversee staffing—from interviewing to coaching—and support performance management with fairness and clarity
  • Train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to maintain quality

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience managing housekeeping teams and motivating a hardworking crew
  • 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; ability to keep records, schedules, and reports organized
  • Physically capable and flexible; able to lift 50 lbs, stand for shifts, and work varied hours including weekends/holidays
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
