Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve customer electrical issues—from fixture installations to full panel upgrades
• Conduct complex diagnostics and quality control testing
• Advise customers on repair vs. replacement options
• Generate quotes, document work orders, and price projects using Service Titan on an iPad
• Ensure work complies with all local, state, and national electrical codes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of your company vehicle and tools
• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding Mr. Electric\'s reputation for clean, code-compliant work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience
• Valid Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License (required)
• Comfortable educating customers and clearly explaining service options
• Physically able to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces) and lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficient with hand and power tools (must provide your own)
• Strong iPad/software skills (Service Titan experience is a plus—training provided)
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Typical 40 hours/week with potential for overtime

• Applicants must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate prior to start date
