One of our GC clients in the DC metro area is hiring a local PE to step into an APM-level role on multifamily projects. These are complex, design-forward jobs ranging from
$10M–$50M , and the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and grow quickly.
You might be a fit if: You’ve been working for a
GC
for the last
2–4 years You’ve supported projects in the
multifamily
and
vertical commercial construction sectors You’re already managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and coordinating with supers and subs You’ve been trusted with owner updates, internal meetings, or closeout tasks You’re based in
Washington, DC or nearby
(this is a local role only)
Responsibilities Assist with on-site management to ensure project success Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines Responsible for RFI and submittal process Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or assistant project manager Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
