Site / Civil Project Manager
to join its collaborative team in
Las Vegas, NV . This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects across diverse sectors including healthcare, education, logistics, retail, mixed-use, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, feasibility studies, and stormwater management documentation. Provide expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic design, SWPPP preparation, and water quality compliance. Mentor and guide junior staff, supporting professional development and team growth. Collaborate with leadership to support business development and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum of 6 years of experience in site/civil land development. Strong understanding of local land use regulations and permitting processes. Proven ability to manage projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred). Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in client development and proposal writing. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
