who thrives on building new business in the commercial construction space? This role is all about driving growth, developing high-value partnerships, and closing deals in large-scale
new construction commercial landscaping projects ($1M–$1.5M range).
As a
Sales Representative , you’ll: ✨ Manage a regional pipeline from prospecting → proposals → negotiations → close ✨ Build relationships with GC’s, project managers, landscape architects, real estate developers & C-level executives ✨ Collaborate with a skilled estimating/bidding team to quarterback deals through the finish line ✨ Target commercial new construction opportunities where you can bring full outdoor design & installation projects to life
What we’re looking for: ✅ 2+ years of
B2B Outside Sales (Construction Industry preferred) ✅ Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales goals ✅ Experience selling complex, long-cycle deals (6–18 months) ✅ Resilient, persistent, and thrives in face-to-face selling environments ✅ Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to create customer-centric proposals ✅ Relationships with commercial construction GC’s = HUGE plus

Location:
Houston, TX (must live within 30–45 minutes of the office; hybrid model with 2+ days per week in-office for training, collaboration & relationship building). ? Company vehicle included (personal use available at a small monthly fee). ? Excellent benefits package, no heavy overnight travel required.
