Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing in-home roofing sales team Drive sales strategy and branch growth in roofing and restoration Set goals, track KPIs, and hold your team accountable Lead from the front: canvassing, closing, and coaching in the field Build a culture of ambition, integrity, and ownership Oversee daily branch operations, including P&L performance
? Who We’re Looking For Are you: A proven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-reward roles? Motivated by growth, commission, and team success? Comfortable leading in the office, on roofs, and out in the field?
?️ Minimum Requirements ✅ At least 3 years of in-home or door-to-door sales experience ✅ At least 3 years of residential roofing sales experience ✅ Track record of managing successful in-home sales teams ✅ $2M+ in personal annual roofing sales performance ✅ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation ✅ Comfortable with rooftops and ladder work ✅ Authorized to work in the U.S. ✅ Willing to travel locally and lead in the field
