Role Summary

The Project Executive plays a pivotal role in leading complex restoration projects while driving strategic growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This position blends

project leadership

with

business development , making it ideal for professionals with deep industry knowledge and a strong network.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership : Oversee multiple restoration projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. Client Management : Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Business Development :

Identify and pursue new opportunities in commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. Utilize an existing

book of business or industry contacts

to generate leads and secure new work. Collaborate with estimating and marketing teams to develop winning proposals.

Strategic Growth : Support regional expansion strategies and contribute to market intelligence and positioning. Team Development : Mentor project managers and field staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

construction project management , ideally within building envelope restoration or specialty contracting. Demonstrated success in

business development

and client acquisition. A strong

network of industry contacts

or existing

book of business

is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools and budgeting software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
