Position Summary: As a Project Coordinator at Renova One, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of projects within our organization. Your role will involve creating schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Duties: Develop project schedules and timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlines Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and support project execution Communicate project status updates and escalate issues as needed Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, budgets, and reports Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and issues Conduct post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and identify areas for improvement Provide support to project managers and team members as needed

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or construction support roles Interior Design experience is a plus Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred; experience with Sage is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools or CRMs Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude
