Project Manager
to join its team in the Savannah area. This division specializes in large-scale site development projects and is looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The Role The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will coordinate across multiple scopes of work, partner with subcontractors and owners, and support field leadership in achieving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead project execution to meet safety, quality, and production goals Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure targets are met Provide support and guidance to field leadership teams
Ideal Candidate 2–5 years of construction management experience (civil/site development preferred) Knowledge of grading, utilities, or paving operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in a dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred DOT/public project experience a plus
