We are seeking experienced

Industrial Electrical Journeymen

to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in industrial environments such as manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and energy or utility projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NC), be safety-driven, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and controls in industrial facilities. Run and terminate conduit, wire, and cable systems according to plans and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings. Perform motor and control wiring, including VFDs, PLC panels, and MCCs. Test electrical systems and components using appropriate tools to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments or repairs. Ensure all work complies with the NEC, OSHA standards, and company safety policies. Work independently or as part of a team under the direction of the foreman or superintendent. Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive, safety-focused jobsite culture. Qualifications: Valid

Journeyman Electrician License

(state-issued). Minimum

4+ years of industrial electrical experience . Strong knowledge of

industrial power distribution, motor controls, and automation systems . Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to jobsite safety, quality, and teamwork. Preferred Experience: Experience working in

manufacturing, water/wastewater, oil & gas, or heavy industrial

environments. Familiarity with

medium-voltage systems (up to 15kV) . Experience with

industrial instrumentation or control systems
