Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across multiple departments. As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate all aspects of project management processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders and team members. Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders. Assist in identifying project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Organize project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items and deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination or related role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana. Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
