This isn’t your typical salon job—there’s no pressure to upsell or meet commissions. Just steady, rewarding work where your skills bring comfort, dignity, and smiles to those you serve. Provide haircuts, color, and styling for senior residents • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon space • Coordinate appointments with residents • Build warm, professional relationships with residents Current Ohio Manager’s License in Cosmetology or Independent Contractor License • Able to work flexible hours (we’ll coordinate with existing schedules) Supportive leadership and welcoming community •
