Outdoor Site (current-fall): 13097 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038

Dates & Times :

Monday [4:45pm-6:15pm]: 10/13, 10/20, & 10/27

Wednesday [4:45pm-6:15pm] 10/01, 10/08, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29

Saturday [8:45am - 12pm]: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/15

** Winter sessions starts back up in January

We are seeking applicants who can start training immediately. Missing more than one class per season will disqualify you. If additional absences are communicated after hire, you may forfeit bonuses and face immediate dismissal. Because we work with very young children, it’s important that classes have the same coach as consistently as possible.

Position: Toddler Sports Coach (Ages 2–5)

• Pay: $15–$20/hr ($15 guaranteed + up to $4/hr in commission/bonuses)
• Hours: 3–5 hrs/week, part-time (varies with registration)
• Sports: Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Multi-Sport (no prior coaching experience required — training provided. Experience working with young children and a general understanding of movement or sports of any type is required.)

• Arrive prepared—review curriculum & set up equipment before class
• Lead fun, structured 45-min classes with energy and positivity
• Use age-appropriate language and activities that engage toddlers
• Communicate and engage with parents to create a supportive experience for their child
• Be a reliable team player who follows the curriculum and keeps classes engaging

Requirements

• Must be energetic, reliable, and prepared each session
• Reliable transportation
• High school senior or older
• Athletic background preferred (HS/college sports)
• Available Saturday mornings + 2 weeknights (varies by site)
• Commitment to both Fall & Winter seasons is required
• Comfortable with ages 2–5yo
• Training provided; experience with kids a plus
• Must pass a background check
