• Patient Volume/Census: Emergency Department caseload
• Admissions: Managed per ED protocol
• Phone Consults: As required within ED workflow
• Case Mix: Acute and urgent care presentations

• Specialty Backup Available: On-site emergency medicine and hospitalist teams

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Oregon NP license required
• Board: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Emergency Medicine preferred)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ATLS, PALS, ACLS required
• Experience: Prior emergency medicine experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Skilled in critical procedures and emergency response
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency care and stabilization for patients of all ages
• Perform advanced procedures including airway management, sedation, and line placement
• Conduct assessments, order diagnostics, and interpret results
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other ED staff to manage patient flow
• Utilize ultrasonography for diagnostic and procedural support
• Ensure thorough documentation and charting in the EMR system
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment
