We are
looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Associate
to join our growing team! If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

Assist
retail customers ,
service technicians , and
wholesale clients
with parts selection, pricing, and order processing Answer incoming phone calls , respond to
online sales and website inquiries , and ensure timely, professional communication Support
wholesale accounts
by processing orders efficiently and building lasting relationships Bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs)
as requested by Service Advisors and maintain accurate records Perform
inventory control duties , including stock checks, returns, and organization of parts Handle warranty parts and core returns as needed Collaborate closely with service, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth department operations Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter area Here is what you will need:
High School Diploma/GED is required Previous
automotive parts counter experience
required (Toyota or dealership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude Proficient computer skills; experience with
CDK
or similar DMS a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record
