We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Technician for this part-time position. As a Cleaning Technician, you are responsible for cleaning a designated building or facility area, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. You will work with a team of experts in the line of work. Company culture is a big deal for us, so we are looking for friendly and hardworking individuals looking to excel and take on more responsibilities for future projects. The ideal Cleaning Technician is hard-working, driven, detail-oriented, charismatic, and loves to work in a team environment.

Ability to pass a Drug Test Ability to pass a routine background check Has a strong attention to detail Has the capacity to take direction Ability to work well under minimal supervision Willingness to work late night shifts High school diploma/GED required Physical Requirements
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary Physically capable of standing on your feet for up to eight (8) hours Physically capable of kneeling down Physically capable of lifting arms overhead Physically capable to carry a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds Physically capable of pushing an upright vacuum Ability to work with cleaning chemicals Must have your own reliable transportation Must be willing to travel
