Summary of Job

Plans, measures, and monitors operating limits and capacities of production plant. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to ensure alignment with each department or unit and determine variance from production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Identifies and troubleshoots production issues or hold ups that impact plant capacity. Maintain constant connection with sales representatives to connect plant inventory to customer needs. Coordinates with internal stakeholders like engineering, sales, and marketing to understand and develop current and forecasted plans. Utilizes manufacturing data and reports to drive key insights into efficiency, production rate, and other performance metrics. Produces reports that evaluate plant capacity and identify areas needing improvement. Recommends process and equipment improvements to optimize production capabilities. Support, demonstrate and promote Pregis' core values: integrity, collaboration, customer focus and innovation. Adheres to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations including all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Promptly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members. Monitor production reporting data, ensure it was put into computer accurately. Attends meetings and completes safety trainings as required. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Inventory background with the ability to count product when needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement culture. Environment

Exposure to moving equipment. Inside work Heat may exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity may exceed 80% Noise may exceed 85dB+ Physical Characteristics

Occasional standing, stooping, squatting, up to 75% Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling (up to X lbs) Frequent typing/keyboarding/preparing documents, voice- assisted as needed. Position Type

Full time Shift work (Monday-Friday, 6AM-2PM) Weekend Availability Required. Overtime expected per business demand. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) required Minimum 5 years in manufacturing industry Prior SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.
