Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Collaborate with project managers and clients to align project goals and expectations. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards. Maintain strong communication with all parties involved in the project. The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
Experience with healthcare construction projects preferred Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Solid understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices.
