Job Description
Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Oversee budget management, including cost tracking and reporting to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Maintain strong client communication, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates. Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively. Supervise on-site teams to ensure performance aligns with project goals. Review and approve construction schedules, plans, and change orders. Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
