Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work
onsite
with our client in
Buffalo
, NY . Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
Answer and triage all incoming calls, directing them to the right department or phone queue. Handle customer questions about billing, procedures, policies, and available services. Maintain accurate patient records, filing, and documentation. Collaborate with the patient services team and other departments to share information and improve processes. Follow all standard procedures and guidelines, with any exceptions approved by the supervising pharmacist. Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between 8AM to 7PM. Must be able to work TWO close shifts till 7PM.
Length: Contract (6 months).

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
